TIE collection
Collecting the finished card, three to six weeks after fingerprinting.

Both appointments of the full process. Each one is charged when it is confirmed.
Premium
First in our queue, plus a check of your documents beforehand. It does not speed up the official calendar.

Confirmation, then payment
You get office, date, time and documents. You verify it on the official site. Then you pay.
The government fee, separate
You pay form 790 012 to the government, at a bank or online, before the appointment.

When do I pay?
When the appointment is confirmed in your name and you have verified the confirmation. Never before.
What if I cancel the search?
You pay nothing. Cancel whenever you like, with no cost and no invoice.
Is there a surcharge by province?
No. The price is the same in Madrid, Barcelona or any of the 52.
What exactly does Premium do?
It puts your case first in our queue and we review your documents before searching. Nobody controls the official calendar, so we don’t promise a shorter wait.
