What the message means
That right now the offices you chose have no slots. It doesn’t affect your file or use up any deadline. The website and the app people call “ICP” show the same calendar.
Calendars fill in batches that are gone in minutes. Between batches there can be days or weeks of nothing.
What helps
Choosing every office in your province. Each one releases slots on its own.
Having your name and document number typed exactly as on your passport: when a slot appears there is no time to fix a surname.
Trying at different times and days, including the first days of the month, when schedules are often reorganised.
What doesn’t help
Refreshing for hours: the system can block you temporarily.
Turning up without an appointment: you won’t be seen.
Buying an “already booked” appointment in someone else’s name: your identity is checked at the door and the holder can’t be changed.
If your deadline is running out
The deadline is for applying for the card, not for finding a slot. Keep dated screenshots of every attempt: they prove you tried in time.
